Productivity Inc. invites you to share your expertise and experience with equipment excellence at our 2012 Total Productive Maintenance Conference by delivering a workshop on a specific topic related to TPM, Predictive Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance or Building a Culture of Improvement.
If you have a workshop you would like to offer as part of this conference, you are encouraged to submit a proposal.
Goals and Format
Workshops provide an environment for conference attendees to learn the methods and techniques they will need to start or improve an equipment excellence initiative. We are looking for new subjects designed around practical applications that participants can implement in their facilities -- on the shop floors or in the administrative areas, and in a variety of industries.
The subject area must have strong appeal and be deliverable in a two- four- or six-hour format. Workshop curriculums should not be theoretical and should provide a combination of lecture, interactive exercises, case studies or simulation that demonstrate the methodology and techniques to the participants.

- Course Description - a 50-100 word description of the workshop
- Course Elements –Description of simulations, case studies, group exercises or other interactive elements.
